A: Neurofeedback is a non-invasive therapy that uses real-time brainwave monitoring to train your brain to self-regulate. It’s proven effective in reducing ADHD symptoms like inattention and impulsivity, while also enhancing focus and emotional regulation.
Once only accessible in a practitioner's office, neurofeedback was often too costly, messy and inconvient for most. With advances in technology you can now access the same quality of training from the comfort of you own home, without having to get messy gel in your hair.Q: How is your ADHD coaching different from therapy?
A: While therapy often focuses on healing and emotional processing, my coaching program is action-oriented. We focus on building skills and habits to improve executive functioning, with a holistic focus on mind and body wellness.
